LeapNow's dance learning and review features process videos that you actively import or record. Those videos may include images, voices, body movements, and pose information of you, teachers, or other people.
By default, person selection, cropping, beat detection, pose and skeleton analysis, movement alignment, side-by-side or overlay comparison, and AI scoring are processed locally on your device. The current app does not provide cloud sync, in-app accounts, or a feature that uploads videos, pose data, or review results to LeapNow servers. LeapNow does not automatically receive or view your original videos, pose data, alignment results, or scoring results. Materials you voluntarily send through a support channel, such as screenshots or diagnostic information, are handled only under the support section of this policy.
We do not use your videos, face or body imagery, body pose, skeleton points, or scoring results for identity recognition, advertising, personalized recommendations, or training third-party AI models.

If website hosting, access logs, or support email are handled by a service provider on our behalf, we require it to process only the information needed for that purpose and to apply reasonable security measures. If we introduce a new third-party SDK, analytics, or advertising service, or change processing purposes, we will update this policy.
Local projects, imported videos, exported videos, and analysis results are stored locally on your device by default. You may delete local data by deleting projects, deleting the app, or removing files from your photo library.
We retain materials you voluntarily submit to support and website access logs for the period needed to handle the request, protect website security, and meet applicable obligations. The current app does not provide accounts or cloud projects, so it has no in-app account-closure or cloud-project deletion process.
If you save videos to the system photo library, whether they later sync to iCloud or other Apple services depends on your Apple account and system settings and is outside LeapNow's control.
Minors should obtain consent from a parent or guardian before using LeapNow. Children under the age of 14 should use LeapNow with the consent and guidance of their parents or other guardians.
If a guardian believes that a child provided personal information without consent, please contact us. We will verify and handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data security, including iOS sandboxing, local permission controls, transmission encryption, access controls, and necessary data minimization. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your device, account, verification codes, exported files, and Apple ID secure.
Where we process personal information through support channels or the website, you may request access, correction, copying, deletion, withdrawal of authorization, or information about the processing rules in accordance with applicable law by using the contact channel published in this policy. You manage projects, videos, and analysis results stored on your device by deleting projects, the app, or photo-library files. Apple manages App Store purchase records and billing under its own rules.
If LeapNow's features, data processing methods, or third-party services change materially, we will update this Privacy Policy and, when required, notify you through the app, the website, or App Store release notes.
