Open the app → enter "Review" mode, or go to "Settings → LeapNow Pro" to open the membership page directly → choose the monthly plan → complete the subscription via your Apple ID. Pro unlocks unlimited Smart Review, AI-powered move comparison with your teacher's dance, scoring, and side-by-side videos.
Open iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → "Subscriptions" → choose LeapNow Pro → Cancel. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing period, and you can keep using Pro features until then.
First make sure the video is clear, the whole body is visible, and lighting is sufficient. If problems persist, export the diagnostic log from "Settings → Help → Diagnostic Info" inside the app and email it to service@leapnow.cn — we'll prioritize it.
On the paywall, tap "Restore Purchases", or restart the app and re-enter "Settings → LeapNow Pro" to refresh your membership state. If it still does not unlock, please email us with a screenshot of the Apple ID receipt and we'll help resolve it.
All video analysis runs on-device. We do not upload your practice videos to any server. Diagnostic logs are only generated when you actively export them, and they do not contain the original video. See the privacy policy for details.
All subscription refunds are handled directly by Apple. You can submit a refund request at Apple's Report a Problem page, or read Apple's official refund guide. If you need us to provide additional context, email us at service@leapnow.cn.
