LeapNow is provided by Guangzhou Gaodu Awakening Technology Co., Ltd. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the LeapNow app or website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using LeapNow.
LeapNow is a tool for dance learning and review. It provides video import, cropping, beat detection, speed control, mirroring, looping, saving, side-by-side comparison, overlay comparison, movement alignment, AI scoring, and related features.
LeapNow is intended for personal practice, teaching assistance, and dance review. It does not provide professional teaching certification, exam evaluation, medical advice, rehabilitation advice, or health advice.
LeapNow is currently planned as a monthly subscription product. Basic learning features related to "Learn" may be available for free, while features related to "Review" may require a paid subscription. New users may receive a limited trial period. Available features, prices, trial length, and entitlements are subject to the information displayed in the app and on the App Store page.
We may adjust free features, subscription benefits, prices, trial rules, or promotions based on product plans. Changes to benefits already purchased will follow Apple rules and applicable legal requirements.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use LeapNow on lawful devices.
Videos, audio, images, and other content that you import, record, edit, analyze, sync, or export remain owned by you or the original rights holders. LeapNow does not acquire ownership of that content because you use the app.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have lawful rights or necessary authorization for the content you use, including your own practice videos, teacher videos, classmate videos, social media videos, course videos, and content containing another person's likeness, voice, body movements, or personal information.
You are solely responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized content, including copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other rights disputes.
LeapNow can help you learn from reference videos, but it does not mean you own the copyright, adaptation rights, distribution rights, or commercial use rights to those videos.
If you use videos from Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Douyin, or other platforms, you must comply with the original platform rules and the original creator's authorization requirements. LeapNow does not encourage or support infringement of creator rights.
You may not use LeapNow to process, generate, save, sync, or distribute the following content:
LeapNow's AI cropping, beat detection, movement alignment, side-by-side comparison, overlay comparison, and scoring features are for practice reference only.
Due to video quality, camera angle, lighting, occlusion, device performance, dance type, clothing, and algorithm limitations, AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You should not use AI scores or analysis results as formal evaluation, competition results, teaching conclusions, medical judgment, or dispute resolution evidence.
Dance practice may involve risk of physical injury. You should practice reasonably based on your physical condition, training level, and environment, and pay attention to warm-up, rest, and spatial safety.
If you have injuries, rehabilitation needs, or physical discomfort, you should consult a professional first. To the extent permitted by law, LeapNow is not responsible for injuries caused by excessive practice, incorrect movements, unsafe environments, or your personal physical condition.
When you use account or cloud sync features, you should keep your account, password, verification codes, Apple ID, and device access secure. You are responsible for data leakage, project loss, or entitlement loss caused by your failure to protect your account or device.
Cloud sync is used to restore or sync projects and related data you choose across devices. You should avoid uploading or syncing illegal, infringing, or unauthorized content.
The LeapNow name, logo, interface design, code, documents, model files, algorithm implementation, and other product assets are owned by Guangzhou Gaodu Awakening Technology Co., Ltd. or the relevant rights holders. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
To the extent permitted by law, LeapNow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that:
To the extent permitted by law, LeapNow is not liable beyond the scope required by law for indirect losses, data loss, lost opportunities, training results that do not meet expectations, subscription entitlement misunderstandings, or third-party disputes arising from use of, or inability to use, LeapNow.
Minors should use LeapNow with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 14 should use LeapNow with the consent and guidance of their parents or other guardians.
Guardians should pay attention to the safety and legality of minors' video use, recordings, exports, cloud sync content, and practice intensity.
We may update, adjust, suspend, or terminate some features based on product plans, technical conditions, device compatibility, iOS system changes, subscription rules, or legal requirements.
Some features may apply only to certain devices, system versions, video formats, network environments, or performance conditions. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that all features will always be available on all devices.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the website, the app, or App Store release notes. Your continued use of LeapNow means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. For disputes arising from these terms or use of LeapNow, both parties should first attempt friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the domicile of Guangzhou Gaodu Awakening Technology Co., Ltd.
